MASTER PROJECT E-THESIS AND SYNOPSIS SUBMISSION
Starting from semester 2, 2020-2021, students do not have to submit a hardbound Master Project Report to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Students are only required to submit the e-report via the link. Please ensure that the e-thesis has been signed by the student and supervisor, using the latest UTM format and digitally bound as a single pdf file only.

THESIS : POINTS TO PONDER
- There are two award for Master in UTM. Master of Science for taught course and Master of Philosophy for research couse. Please write your correct award.
- Please ensure that you and your supervisor have signed the thesis.
- Please make sure the odd page is always to the right.
- Please make sure each chapter starts on the right and has an odd number of pages.
- Please add one blank page if necessary so that each new chapter starts on the right.
- Make sure the image has scale, labels and captions.
- Make sure the graph has a legend and a caption.
- The caption for the figure is below the figure but the caption for the table is above the table.
- Make sure the writing in the figures and tables is clear and legible.
- Be careful in using bright colors in graphs such as yellow or light blue.
- Do not use future tense in the description in the thesis.
- Please discuss with your supervisor in producing a quality thesis.
