Master Project Presentation Schedule:

PLEASE CHECK YOUR MARKSSUBMISSION

Draft and technical paper submission : No later than 19 JANUARY 2026 (Friday).

E-Report^* and 1-page synopsis submission : No later than 6 FEBRUARY 2026 (Friday).

* E-report means a revised draft with front and back covers, according to the UTM thesis format, signed by your supervisor and a Turnitin report. Only for MP2 students.


Please upload your draft before the Master's project seminar day. This is because the evaluator's questions will be based on your draft. Failure to upload the draft and technical paper before the seminar day may result in a zero mark being awarded.

INFORMATION FOR PRESENTATION

Total time is maximum 45 minutes. We proposed maximum 15 minutes for presentation and 30-40 minutes for Q&A. The discussion is based on the draft you sent.
Presentation wil be conducted face-to-face.
